Identifying hidden Zika hotspots in Pernambuco, Brazil: A spatial analysis

Abstract: Northeast Brazil has the world's highest rate of Zika-related microcephaly. Yet, in this hard-hit region, traditional case counts of Zika cannot accurately describe Zika risk.
