Abstract: This paper attempts to identify the effective managerial factors in renovating old building tissues in a city in Iran (Langrud). The present research is practical in terms of purpose, and it is descriptive and contextual in terms of data collection. Furthermore, since this is a mixed research study from both the perspective of its nature and purpose, we conducted the study with both qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (questionnaires) methods. As the statistical population in the qualitative section cons… Show more

“…The most widely used subjective analytical empowerment belongs to the AHP. Collecting data in the form of interviews and questionnaires, analyzing the collected data through the factor analysis method, which can determine the potential components or dimensions between the indicators, identifying the main factors, and determining the weights of the factors or dimensions by the Fuzzy Hierarchical Hierarchical Analysis Method (FAHP), and combining with the statistical method of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), which can verify the consistency between the theoretical model and the observed data, and determine the effective indicators in the actual project [13]. The entropy weight method (EWM) is an objective assignment method for determining the weights of each criterion in multi-criteria decision-making, which can deal well with the correlation and information contribution between each criterion based on actual data [14].…”
