Identifying early surrogate markers for blood culture positive sepsis in an urban NICU-A retrospective observational study

Abstract: Background: Neonatal sepsis is a major problem worldwide. Positive blood culture, the diagnostic gold standard is expensive, time consuming and yields result in limited cases.
