Abstract:Hyperspectral luminescence imaging adds high-resolution spectral data to the electroluminescence and photoluminescence images of photovoltaic materials and devices. This enables absolute calibration across a range of spectra and, subsequently, enhances the information that can be gained from such measurements. We present a temperature-dependent luminescence hyperspectral imaging study of dilute InGaAs solar cells. We are able to identify the cause of dark spots on the device as local areas with increased defec… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
