Identify potential chronic heart failure related transcription factors by network analysis

Abstract: Chronic heart failure (CHF) is characterized by diminished cardiac output and pooling of blood in the venous system. Using transcriptome data, we constructed a regulation network to identify the potential genes that related to heart failure.
