The existence of institutional village enterprises (BUMDES) has never been adequately monitored in terms of the growth of village-owned businesses in each village. According to the data, there are 17 BUMDES in the Muara District that have been inactive for the most part. Due to the difficulty of monitoring the progress of BUMDES, a significant number of them have become stalled or even inactive. In addition, many BUMDES managers are frequently unprepared to operate the newly opened business. Readiness in terms of the quality of human resources also affects the formation of BUMDES. Consequently, the objective of this study is to facilitate the monitoring of business developments carried out by BUMDES actors in their respective villages, thereby facilitating the feasibility assessment of BUMDES. Aside from that, the purpose of this study is to determine the viability of applying for BUMDES as one of the requirements for obtaining a recommendation from the village head for submission to the Village Ministry. The feasibility analysis employs the AHP method with multiple parameters, including business age, business type, and business capital. According to research findings with applications, several BUMDES are declared unfit, while others are declared feasible. BUMDES with declared eligibility has AHP values ranging from 0.382 to 0.619. Meanwhile, BUMDES that are unworthy receives AHP values ranging from 0.235 to 0.239. It can also be determined based on the weight of each criterion as to whether or not it is appropriate for BUMDES. While the results of black box testing for the system's feasibility using 10 types of testing, including Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis/Limit Testing, Comparison Testing, Sample Testing, Robustness Testing, Behavior Testing, Performance Testing, Requirement Testing, Endurance Testing, and Cause-and-Effect Relationship Testing. Based on the test results, the system is 100% feasible to be used by users.

On every construction project, there will be waste materials that are not used and discarded, which is called a construction waste. Indonesia is a developing country where there are lots of ongoing and soon to be projects, that means there will be a lot of construction waste generated. The cause or source of these waste materials is categorized into four points which are design, material procurement, material handling, and execution. Most of the existing studies about construction waste uses statistic method. Therefore, this study uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to process the data about the cause and source of construction waste. This method is chosen because AHP would facilitate the people in power to solve complex problems, and make considerations to face each affecting criteria, in order of the priority levels. Abstrak Pada setiap proyek pembangunan, akan ada sisa material yang tak terpakai dan dibuang, yang disebut limbah konstruksi (construction waste). Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang dimana terdapat banyak proyek konstruksi yang sedang dan akan berlangsung, sehingga akan ada banyak limbah konstruksi yang dihasilkan. Penyebab dan sumber dari sisa material konstruksi dikategorikan menjadi empat poin yaitu desain, pengadaan material, penanganan material, dan pelaksanaan. Sebagian besar penelitian yang sudah dilakukan untuk membahas tentang waste material konstruksi menggunakan metode statistik. Karena itu, penelitian ini akan menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengolah data penyebab dan sumber limbah konstruksi. Metode ini dipilih karena AHP dapat mempermudah pihak yang berkepentingan untuk memecahkan persoalan yang kompleks, dan melakukan pertimbangan untuk menghadapi kriteria-kriteria yang ada sesuai dengan tingkat prioritasnya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab yang paling berpengaruh dalam menghasilkan limbah konstruksi adalah kesalahan pekerja di lapangan dengan besar bobot 15,5%. Perubahan desain memiliki pengaruh kedua terbesar dengan besar bobot 11,54%, dan diikuti dengan pemesanan material yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi yang memiliki bobot sebesar 11,41%. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan narasumber, upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk menangani limbah konstruksi meliputi metode Eliminating Waste, Minimizing Waste, dan Reusing Materials. Karena itu, proyek pembangunan dinilai sudah memberikan perhatian yang cukup sesuai dengan prioritas faktor penyebab dihasilkannya limbah konstruksi.
