Identification of uranium-bearing particles in swipe samples with fission track method

Abstract: In this study, an advanced method has been developed to identify uranium-bearing particles through fission track and make the particles and fission track detector form a whole. This method can result in the oneto-one correspondence between the fission track and uranium-bearing particles. It is unnecessary to separate the particles from the detector and relocate the particles when they are picked up under microscope.
