УДК 519.711 В.В. САМСОНОВ * , А.М. СІЛЬВЕСТРОВ * ПРО МОЖЛИВІСТЬ МІНІМІЗАЦІЇ КІЛЬКОСТІ ГІДРОМЕТЕОРОЛОГІЧНИХ СТАНЦІЙ * Національний університет харчових технологій, м. Київ, Україна Анотація. Задача мінімізації кількості стаціонарних гідрометеорологічних станцій (ГМС) без суттєвої втрати якості прогнозу погоди може бути актуальною як з позиції вартісних показників, так і для вирішення специфічної задачі прогнозу в зоні, де не бажано або навіть неможливо встановити стаціонарну ГМС, наприклад, на злетно-посадковій смузі аеропорту. У статті пропонується вирішити цю задачу шляхом тимчасового установлення мобільної ГМС у заданій, недоступній для установки стаціонарної ГМС, точці території і визначення (на основі статистичного аналізу) більш-менш достовірного зв'язку між показниками гідрометеорологічної тимчасової ГМС і стаціонарними ГМС, розташованими навколо неї. Для успішного вирішення цієї складної задачі необхідно узгодити два суперечливі критерії: показник точності прогнозу погоди в заданій точці з показником мінімальної складності і, як наслідок, коректної ідентифікації структури і параметрів прогнозної моделі. Отже, розглядаються три задачі: перша-побудови простої, але адекватної до реального процесу структури моделі; друга-незміщене і ефективне оцінювання її параметрів за неточним зашумленим виміром змінних стану процесу; третя-фільтрація без похибки слідування корисної складової сигналів, яка має місце внаслідок необхідної для фільтрації шумів інерційності фільтра та прогноз відфільтрованих змінних. Таким чином, у статті наведено постановку і вирішення цих трьох задач: шляхом побудови структури прогнозуючої моделі, яка враховує фізичну сутність природних процесів і має мінімальну кількість невідомих параметрів; шляхом побудови методу незміщеного і ефективного оцінювання параметрів цієї моделі за зашумленими вимірами змінних стану об'єкта; шляхом побудови прогнозуючого фільтра як системи з астатизмом заданого порядку та адаптацією фільтруючих властивостей до нестаціонарності (гетероскадестичності) шумової складової сигналів. Ключові слова: прогноз погоди, гідрометеорологічні показники, метод ідентифікації, ноніусний адаптивний прогнозуючій фільтр.

To realize the convenient and intelligent monitoring and management of cable manufacturers' production lines, this paper designs a set of meter management systems based on the Internet of things that can replace artificial monitoring cable production. The system uses the STM32 processor of the ARM kernel as its core, and it combines embedded technology, wireless communication technology, Internet of things technology, 485 bus technology, and upper computer software technology. The system includes the front-end signal processing equipment, the Internet of things server, and the client software, which can respectively realize the information collection and automatic control of the cable production line, real-time transmission of production data under the MQTT protocol, and storage and graphical display of production data. The system was tested in the factory and proved the timeliness of the control of the production line, the realtime nature of the data transmission, and the practicality of the client software, which plays a great role in the modernization of the traditional factory.
