Identification of the characteristics of occlusive myocardial infarction: are there any tell-tale signs?

Abstract: Introduction Treatment urgency of myocardial infarction (MI) is currently stratified by ST elevation (STEMI) or lack of ST elevation (NSTEMI) on the electrocardiogram.
