Abstract: Bioactive peptides derived from foods provide physiological health benefits beyond nutrition. This study focused on profiling small peptide inhibitors against two key serine proteases, dipeptidyl peptidase‐IV (DPP‐IV) and prolyl oligopeptidase (POP).
