Identification of novel meQTLs strongly associated with rheumatoid arthritis by large‐scale epigenome‐wide analysis

Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is highly heritable, and previous studies have suggested that genetic variation may affect susceptibility to RA by altering epigenetic modifications (e.g. DNA methylation).
