Identification of molecular diagnostic markers in sepsis-induced acute lung injury

Abstract: Background: Sepsis-induced acute lung injury (ALI) is characterized by disruption of the epithelial barrier and activation of alveolar macrophages (AMs), which leads to uncontrolled pulmonary inflammation.
