Abstract:cis-(+)-12-Oxo-phytodienoic acid (cis-OPDA) is a significant plant oxylipin, known as a biosynthetic precursor of plant hormone jasmonoyl-L-isoleucine (JA-Ile), and a bioactive substance in plant environmental stresses.
