Identification of interdependent psychosocial variables in the entrepreneurial competence

Abstract: From the approach based on human rights, the psychosocial factors that facilitate entrepreneurial competences are encouraged for the career and communitarian development. The proper consideration of social cohesion among communities creates some facilitation for a better approach for people.
