Identification of Ectomycorrhizae in Dipterocarp Roots using DNA Metabarcoding in Tropical Urban Parks

Abstract: Ectomycorrhizae (ECM) are important symbionts for multiple host plants. This study used morphology and DNA metabarcoding to identify ECM in Dipterocarpaceae, the dominant tree family of Southeast Asian forests.
