Identification of differentially expressed genes of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri by representational difference analysis of cDNA

Abstract: Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri is a phytopathogenic bacterium responsible for citrus canker, a serious disease which causes severe losses in citriculture around the world.
