Identification of Additional Trials in Prospective Trial Registers for Cochrane Systematic Reviews

Abstract: BackgroundPublication and selective outcome reporting bias are a threat to the validity of systematic reviews. Extensive searching for additional trials in prospective trial registers could reduce this problem.
