Identification and Characterization of Fluorescent Pseudomonas Producing Active Compounds Controlling Plant Pathogens

Abstract: Fluorescent pseudomonad is one of the biocontrol agents against plant pathogens. Various compounds reportedly can be produced by fluorescent pseudomonad, including chitinase, β-1,3-glucanase, HCN, siderophore, antibiotics, Indole Acetic Acid (IAA), phosphate solvent compounds, and 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol (DAPG).
