Identification and characterization of circRNAs in maize seedlings under deficient nitrogen

Abstract: Here, deep sequencing results of the maize transcriptome in leaves and roots were compared under high‐nitrogen (HN) and low‐nitrogen (LN) conditions to identify differentially expressed circRNAs (DECs).
