Identification and Biological Characteristic Analysis of Pythium aristosporum Causing Rice Seedling Blight in Northeast China

Abstract: Background: Rice seedling blight caused by diverse pathogenic microorganism occurs worldwide, and it is currently the most important seedling disease affecting rice production in Northeast China. Understanding the biological characteristics, host range, and fungicide sensitivity of pathogens causing rice seedling blight has important theoretical and practical significance for further exploring occurrence of the disease and for making targeted prevention and control measures. Results: 10 isolates of Pythium spp.… Show more

“…Excessive recovery time can affect plant growth and development progress, reduce the average number of tillers and maturing rate, and restrict the increase in yield. This is the same as the conclusion reached by Liu Jun and he, H [36,37]. At the same time, when the biomass-based nursery trays are returned to the field, organic substances such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are formed under the action of soil microorganisms, which can enhance soil fertility and improve soil structure.…”

“…In order to ensure the safe operation of the control cabin underwater, a static simulation of the cabin body was analyzed. The applied pressure was 1.5 MPa [17]. Since the two ends of the hatch body are supported by the hatch cover, it was only necessary to impose fixed constraints on the two ends of the hatch body.…”

“…where K is the safety factor. The design parameters of the robot are as follows [17]: G = 250 N, L = 380 mm, H = 112 mm, K = 1.5, k = 10, µ = 0.4. By substituting the above design parameters into Equation ( 8), the magnetic adsorption forces required by the magnetic adsorption unit can be obtained as follows: the adsorption forces in sliding along the wall: F a ≥ 46.86 N; the longitudinal overturning adsorption force: F a ≥ 55.26 N.…”

“…The weeding periods of rice were 7 days and 15 days after transplanting. In this study, the mechanical property parameters of rice and weeds were obtained from the relevant literature [27] and measuring experiments using a bending force meter and a tensiometer. The results are shown in Table 1.…”
