Abstract:Proteus mirabilis es una bacteria capaz de causar patologías de interés en salud pública. Se presenta de forma común en la carne de pollo. P. mirabilis no destaca por sus niveles de patogenicidad, pero sí por su difícil abordaje terapéutico una vez desarrollada la infección, debido a la resistencia a antibióticos que ha presentado.
