Identificação de sistema não linear multivariável com modelos fuzzy ALMMo de primeira ordem

Abstract

This research deals with the identification of a non-linear system using evolving fuzzy models of the type ALMMo-1 (First-Order Autonomous Learning Multi-Model System). The system in question is a multivariable system of four coupled tanks, whose inputs are voltage levels at the pumps and the outputs are water levels in the two lower tanks. Using a non-linear white-box model of the system, data were obtained to perform the fuzzy modeling. Modifications are then made in the operating range of the system, so that the fuzzy models can evolve their structure and respond better to inputs at these other operating ranges. All data from the tank system, as well as the learning algorithm process, were obtained and carried out through simulations in MATLAB and Simulink. The developed fuzzy models are capable of evolving autonomously, and are widely able to extract knowledge of the dynamics of the system based only on training data. Resumo: Este trabalho trata da identificação de um sistema não linear com o uso de modelos fuzzy evolutivos do tipo ALMMo-1 (Sistema Multi-Modelo de Aprendizagem Autônoma de Primeira Ordem). O sistema em questão é um sistema multivariável de quatro tanques acoplados, cujas entradas são níveis de tensão nas bombas e as saídas são níveis de água nos dois tanques inferiores. Com o uso de um modelo caixa branca não linear do sistema, foram obtidos dados para realizar a modelagem fuzzy. São feitas então modificações na faixa de operação do sistema, de modo que os modelos fuzzy possam evoluir sua estrutura e responder melhor às entradas nestas outras faixas de operação. Todos os dados do sistema de tanques, bem como o processo do algoritmo de aprendizagem, foram obtidos e realizados através de simulações no MATLAB e Simulink. Os modelos fuzzy desenvolvidos são capazes de evoluir autonomamente, e são amplamente aptos para extrair o conhecimento da dinâmica do sistema com base apenas nos dados de treinamento.
