Abstract:RESUMO -Cinqüenta matrizes suínas foram inseminadas em um protocolo de duas inseminações por estro (12 horas e 36 horas) para determinação da contribuição individual das doses inseminantes na composição da leitegada. A identificação da paternidade se baseou na análise de microssatélites. A primeira e a segunda dose contribuíram, respectivamente, com 34,8% e 65,2% de todos os nascimentos.
