Abstract: Conclusions HOXC6 could upregulate DKK1, Wnt/b-catenin pathways and induce EMT which contributed to metastasis in colorectal cancer. Further, we will explore the mechanisms of how upregulation of DKK1 could activate Wnt/b-catenin pathway.
