Abstract: Obstuctive jaundice secondary to extrahepatic bile ducts granular cell tumorBile ducts granular cell tumor is a rare entity. Of neural origin, mostly benign, may, however, present mimicking malignancy. We report a 32 years old female presenting with painless jaundice and extrahepatic bile ducts stenosis confi rmed with MRC. Extrahepatic bile ducts resection is performed.
