Ichthyosis: presentation and management

Abstract: Purpose of review This review focuses on the presentation and management of ichthyoses and highlights recent advances in treatment that hold promise for better targeted therapy. Recent findings The ichthyoses are a group of rare genetic diseases with a wide phenotypic spectrum, characterized most often by generalized hyperkeratosis and scaling with variable erythema.
