“…The results (Table 1) show that thiabendazole (at the dosage rate used) is not only ineffective in controlling A. radicina but increases its incidence on carrot seed. Diseases which are induced or increased in severity by specific fungicides treatments have been referred to as iatrogenic (Griffiths, 1981;Kairu et al, 1984).
