ZFTA Translocations Constitute Ependymoma Chromatin Remodeling and Transcription Factors

Abstract: ZFTA (C11orf95)—a gene of unknown function—partners with a variety of transcriptional coactivators in translocations that drive supratentorial ependymoma, a frequently lethal brain tumor.
