trans-Diaquabis(pyridazine-3-carboxylato-κ2N2,O)cobalt(II) dihydrate

Abstract: Key indicators: single-crystal X-ray study; T = 100 K; mean (C-C) = 0.003 Å; R factor = 0.026; wR factor = 0.058; data-to-parameter ratio = 11.2.The title compound, [Co(C 5 II ion on an inversion center, exhibiting an octahedral coordination geometry. The equatorial plane is formed by two trans-related N,O-bidentate pyridazine-3-carboxylate ligands and the axial positions are occupied by two water molecules.
