I think I like this: assessing conscious versus subconscious wine taste responses using neuroscientific techniques

Abstract: Purpose This methodological paper aims to demonstrate the potential benefits of using consumer neuroscientific methodologies to measure consumers’ subconscious responses when consuming wine during a taste experiment.
