Abstract: Chronic graft-vs-host disease (cGVHD) is a major obstacle to the success of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) in patients. This debilitating condition is characterized by chronic inflammation, cell-mediated and humoral immunity, and ultimately tissue fibrosis.
