“…The sample was genotyped for HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1, and -DPB1 loci by NGS with AllType™ 11-loci kit (One Lambda Inc., Canoga Park, CA) as previously reported. 2,3 HLA-DRB1*12:02 allele and a novel allele, now named as HLA-DRB1*08:03:13 were identified in the sample.
