Abstract: KenneTh bailey is a research scholar and lecturer in Middle Eastern New Testament studies who spent 40 years living and teaching in seminaries and institutes in Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, and Cyprus. In 1990, he was named Canon Theologian for the Episcopal Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf.
