“…Settings of picture quality were controlled with the assistance of the software program ZEN 3.0 blue edition.Ink (Carl Zeiss Meditec AG) and the captured images were subsequently cropped using Microsoft ® Paint 3D program (Microsoft Corporation, CA, USA), so that the images had a uniform size of 1500 × 1500 pixels and the cells were located in the center of the image.
