N′-[4-(Dimethylamino)benzylidene]benzohydrazide

Abstract: In the title molecule, C16H17N3O, the two aromatic rings form a dihedral angle of 4.51 (18)°. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link molecules related by translation along the a axis into ribbons.
