Abstract: Background: The study was aimed to investigate the potential therapeutic effect of Mori folium aqueous extracts (MFAE) on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in vivo. Methods and Results: A rat model of T2DM was established with the combination of high sugar and high fat diet (HSFD) and streptozotocin (STZ).
