Abstract:Herein, TF1 and TF2 were successfully encapsulated into PLGA-, PLA- and PCL-microparticle/-nanoparticle systems. The results demonstrate how polymer chain nature and nanoparticle size affect the leishmanicidal activity of encapsulated triazolophthalazines.
