In-vitroandin-vivostudy of amorphous spironolactone prepared by adsorption method using supercritical CO2

Abstract: It is a promising method in improving dissolution and bioavailability by adsorbing SP, a poorly soluble drug, on the fumed silica using rapid expansion of supercritical solutions.
