Hysteroscopic sterilization with Essure® device in situ: a challenge?

Abstract: Hysteroscopic sterilization through the Essure® method is preferably performed in the outpatient department without any form of anesthesia. This approach requires the hysteroscopic skills of the gynecologist to use the vaginoscopic route.
