Hysterosalpingo-Foam Sonography, Less Painful and More Instructive as Compared with Hysterosalpingography: A Prospective Study

Abstract: Background: Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is a vital part of fertility evaluation, and can be painful and cause moderate to severe pain as reported by women. Hysterosalpingo-Foam Sonography (HyFoSy) is a quick, well-tolerated and less painful procedure than HSG for tubal patency testing.
