Hypoxia inducible factors in hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most prevalent and lethal cancers with limited therapeutic options. Pathogenesis of this disease involves tumor hypoxia and the activation of hypoxia inducible factors.
