Abstract: Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb) has evolved sophisticated surveillance mechanisms to regulate and neutralize redox imbalances and associated lethal consequences. Failing this, the accumulated ROS induces toxicity by oxidizing a variety of biological molecules including proteins, nucleic acids and lipids.
