Hypothalamic Injury as a Cause of Refractory Hypotension after Sellar Region Tumor Surgery

Abstract: Hypothalamic damage can result in life-threatening vasodilatory arterial hypotension after sellar region tumor surgery. beta-Sympatomimetics are indicated in cases with thyroid insufficiency.
