Abstract: Papular epidermal nevus with "skyline" basal cell layer (PENS). COMMENTEpidermal nevi are benign overgrowths of epidermal keratinocytes. They typically present at birth or in infancy as a linear hyperpigmented patch or plaque, following lines of Blaschko.
