Hypertrophic Osteoarthropathy on Bone Scintigraphy

Abstract: We present the case report of a patient with a history of lung cancer in whom the typical pattern of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy was seen on bone scintigraphy. We discuss the etiologies, pathophysiology, and management of this entity.
