SummaryThe article reports the case of a 2‐month‐old infant with Ménétrier's disease. Clinical manifestations, laboratory data, and roentgenologic diagnostics of this disease are presented. The child died with the clinical signs of cardiorespiratory insufficiency, and the diagnosis of Ménétrier's disease was established postmortem.
