Abstract: The Brockenbrough-Braunwald-Morrow phenomenon provides objective evidence of the existence and degree of left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction, which can be improved with pharmacological therapy, surgical myectomy, or interventional alcohol septal ablation (ASA).
