Hypersensitivity Reactions Associated with Platinum Antineoplastic Agents: A Systematic Review

Abstract: Platinum-containing chemotherapy agents (cisplatin, carboplatin, oxaliplatin) have been approved in the first-line setting of numerous malignancies, such as ovarian, bladder, head and neck, colorectal, and lung cancer.
