Hyperpigmentation Analysis of Tal Enzyme on Danio Rerio Obtained From Basella Alba

Abstract: Tyrosine ammonia lyase (TAL) is an enzyme required for transforming L -Tyrosine into p -Coumaric acid. The objective of the experiment is to extract TAL from Basella alba to treat hyperpigmentation a condition caused due to excessive production of Melanin pigment accumulating in the epidermal cells.
