Hyperperfusion Syndrome Detected by 15O-Gas Positron Emission Tomography after Clipping of a Large Unruptured Internal Carotid Artery Aneurysm: A Case Report

Abstract: Cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome (CHS) after surgical clipping for cerebral aneurysm is a rare entity. The authors present a 76-year-old woman with a large left internal carotid-posterior communicating artery aneurysm.
